Natasha (better known as Tash) is the kind of woman you meet and don’t forget. Right off the bat, you’ll be thinking “Holy fuck, is that (a short haired) Princess Jasmine in real life?!” (her stunning looks come from a Jamaican, Indian and German heritage), once you’ve settled into the fact that she is indeed a real life person, you’ll be so enamored with her soft calming voice and near constant laughter that you’ll forget that Princess whats-her-face ever existed in the first place. It’s important to note that, although Natasha is soft spoken her choice of words wield a particular power and weight that might surprise you at first meeting.

Since I'm the kind of woman that prefers her schedule jam packed, but also the kind of woman that likes to eat (relatively) healthy and hates the idea of spending money of take coffee shop muffins (especially because vegan ones are so hard to find), I had to come up with a solution to please my high standards and busy schedule.
Last month, I hosted a session for theWild Collectivecrew around goal setting. I got a lot of great feedback on it and will definitely be hosting it again in the future, but for now, I wanted to share the process so that you can recreate it at home.
I love me some witchy thangs as much as I love organization, so naturally, the session was a marriage of the two, starting with a guided meditation. The purpose of the meditation is to allow your mind to connect with your ideal future self and to get a clear vision of your desired life without the limitations that can sometimes come with traditional pen and paper goal setting. We'll go into tiny sensory details (like feeling and smells) to give you the most palpable experience which will help solidify your vision as aprobabilityversus apossibility.
